Addiction Counseling consists of 55-minute, one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns. In addition to listening, we will share thoughts when it’s helpful and share what the science tells us about what’s going on for you, we play an active role. Research shows that Addiction Counseling can positively change your thinking, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors.
