Adult Autism/ADHD assessments.
Neurodivergence is a vital thread in the rich tapestry of human experience, and a natural part of human variation. It is not a disorder or pathology that needs to be fixed or cured. My approach to supporting neurodivergent individuals is rooted in affirmation and celebration. By embracing neurodivergence, we weave a more compassionate and inclusive society that honors every individual’s right to thrive authentically.
I firmly believe that the power of self-discovery lies in the hands of the individual, and is also strongly supported by an inclusive, affirming community. I recognize that neurodivergence is a deeply personal aspect of one’s identity, and self-identification is a crucial step in the journey of understanding oneself. My goal is to help support this process, and to provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals to explore and articulate their neurodivergent experiences. I believe that self-identification is the cornerstone of empowerment, allowing individuals to seek the support and recognition they deserve while fostering a sense of belonging in a diverse world.
Self-appreciation isn’t easy when you’re used to minimizing your inner experience. But, it is possible to learn how to embrace yourself and honor your inner voice.
While I strongly believe self-identification is valid and meaningful, I also recognize that there can be great relief in having this identity verified through comprehensive assessment by a qualified individual. I am happy to provide this service in support of your journey to self-discovery.
I am offering what I am calling “peace of mind” assessments for the diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent experiences. While these are considered more informal and focused on affirming what you already know or suspect about yourself, they are still comprehensive and thorough. These assessments are Strengths-based, individualized assessments for adults exploring their neurodivergence and seeking an official diagnosis, or just a more in-depth, affirmative exploration of who you are and how you experience and process this world.
I am offering what I am calling “peace of mind” assessments for the diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent experiences.
Additionally, it is important to me that accessibility and affordability are at the core of this service.
The cost of these evaluations can hinder one’s ability to obtain diagnosis, so I am pleased to offer these evaluations at a significantly reduced rate.
Additionally, I offer payment plans that are created by you to fit your budget and needs. My rates for assessments are below.

Gender Affirming Letters and Evaluations
Providing gender affirmative letters is a crucial and compassionate aspect of affirming and supporting you on your gender identity journey. These letters, typically written by qualified mental health professionals, offer essential validation and recognition of a person’s self-identified gender. Such letters play a pivotal role in accessing gender-affirming medical treatments, procedures, or legal changes, enabling you to align your external appearance with your internal sense of self. By acknowledging and respecting your gender identity, these letters serve as a powerful testament to the importance of empathy and inclusivity in healthcare and society at large.
I am pleased to also offer these letters at no charge for those seeking gender affirming care. Please email to schedule a one-time session and assessment, where we will meet and exchange all information needed to complete these letters. I will send a letter for you on the same day. I also provide ongoing support as needed throughout your process.
